I help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there. My approach for life coaching is holistic, similar to health coaching we will together look at the following:

 

Primary Food™

​

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment.  It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives.  Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. I will support you in achieving all of your goals and to live an inspired, fulfilling life.

 

Bio-Individuality™

​

The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique lifestyle needs. What works for one does not always work for all.  Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Crowding Out

​

Similar to “crowding out” the unhealthy food in your diet to create room for healthier foods, we will work to crowd out unhealthy habits, thinking patterns, and self talk. We will work to make room for more healthy, productive and helpful habits, thoughts, self talk, and relationships.  This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you all the way. 



As your Life Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll  explore what truly works for you.
